Helping others:


Elena is a believer in what one takes from life. One must also give something in return for the betterment of others. She has helped in many charities. One of Elena's first was a Race Ball in Galway in aid of Cancer Care West, Life pregnancy Care and Fr Peter Mc Verry's Arrupe Society.

Elena took part in a sponsored Cat-walk where she designed her own costume and came first to raise funds for The west of Ireland Alzheimer Foundation and The Boys Hope Girls Hope. Supporting Children and families. Held in the Radisson in Galway.

Elena has donated paintings for auction in aid of the Special Olympics Ireland at the Equinox Fund raising ball which was a great success. She also donated a painting to the MAW HOUSE MAKE A WISH FOUNDATION in the Mansion and as I am sure you will agree that’s life is all about making some one special dream come true.

Another way she involves herself is in group charity exhibitions. Such exhibition were the Donadea art group which was in aid of Chernobyl and the Grosovo Orphanage in Belarus. One that is special close to Elena’s heart.

Also she donated picture for Our Lady's Hospital in Crumlin.
